Tyler Sinclair
Chief Ground Instructor
CFII, AGI, IGI, BBD-700, M.S.
Tyler started his aviation career at CAE Oxford Aviation Academy in Mesa, AZ. While there, he racked up thousands of teaching hours as a dedicated ground instructor and taught hundreds of cadets for the major domestic and international airlines.
He has served as the Director of Operations and a CFII at Leopard Aviation, as well as a Pilatus PC-12 simulator instructor for SIMCOM.
In 2022 he became the first instructor to teach a blind person to fly for an event called 'Flight for Sight", gaining international publicity for 'World Sight Day'.
Tyler has his Masters Degree in Aviation Management and Human Factors and is currently the Director of Safety at Worldwide Jet, and a Global Express first officer at private jet charter company based in Phoenix, Arizona

Sara Borom
CFI, CFII, CL-600
B.A. Aeronautics, Embry- Riddle
Sara started her flying career at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics with a minor in Fixed-Wing Studies.
She then started flight instructing at Leopard Aviation in Mesa where she taught a wide variety of students ranging from student pilot to CFII candidates.. Sara concluded her time at the flight school with over 15 first time check ride passes.
Sara now flies the Challenger 601 jet for a major part 135 operator.
